Wall Runner

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Wall Runner is made by Rubotic. It is a single-player game that works entirely offline: it never connects to the internet, and nothing you do in the game is sent to us or to anyone else. This policy explains exactly what data the game handles, where it stays, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • Your progress is stored only on your device.
  • The game makes no network connections. It plays the same in airplane mode.
  • We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no trackers. We cannot see anything you do in the game.
  • The game asks for no permissions: no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or notifications.
  • You can erase your save at any time, permanently.

Data the app handles

Game progress. Your stars, medals, best times, Sparks, Locker items, achievements, missions, and play statistics are kept in a save file in the app's private storage on your device.

Ghost runs. When you finish a level, the game keeps a recording of your best run so you can race against it later. It is a list of the moves you made in the game (swipes and taps) and nothing else, stored on your device with your save.

Daily Run and Endless results. The game keeps your Daily Run results for the last 30 days, your streak, and your ten best Endless runs, each with the date it was played. To choose the day's course and count your streak, the game reads the date from your device. None of this leaves your device.

Settings. Your choices for controls, sound, haptics, and accessibility are stored with your save.

Timing. The game reads how long your device has been running to keep its sound and haptics in time. Apple asks apps to declare this, so it appears in the app's privacy manifest. The value is used only inside the game and is not stored.

Data the app does NOT collect

Wall Runner contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting to us, and no third-party code of any kind. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, contact information, or anything else. There is no Rubotic account, no sign-in, and no way for data to reach Rubotic from the game.

One thing sits outside the app: if you have turned on Share With App Developers in your device's Analytics settings, Apple may share anonymous crash and usage statistics with us. Apple collects that under its own privacy policy, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.

Network connections the app makes

None. Wall Runner has no online features: no leaderboards, no multiplayer, and no cloud sync. Everyone gets the same Daily Run course because it is worked out on the device from the date, not downloaded.

Backups

Like other app data, your save may be included in the iCloud or computer backups of your device, if you use them. Those backups are controlled by you and governed by Apple's terms; Rubotic has no access to them.

Deletion

In the game's Settings, Erase save removes your progress, ghost runs, and settings from your device once you confirm. Deleting the app removes everything as well. Because we hold no copies, there is nothing to request from us.

Children

Wall Runner does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes what data is handled — for example, adding online leaderboards — we will update this policy and its effective date before the change ships.
